About Me
Hi, I’m Michelle Sawka, a qualified Counsellor passionate about providing a compassionate and understanding space for my clients. With nearly two decades of experience in social services, I’ve worked extensively with young people and adults navigating complex challenges, including trauma, mental health struggles, and life transitions.
My career has been dedicated to helping others feel heard, supported, and empowered. Before counselling, I spent many years working in youth justice, supporting individuals in difficult situations and guiding them toward healthier, more positive paths.
I believe in the power of empathy, integrity, and honesty, and my approach is person-centred and tailored to each client’s unique needs. My goal is to provide a space where you feel safe to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences—without judgment, pressure, or expectation.
